2. Software License

MMOBuddies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Each license is valid for a single user and a single device at any given time.

• Trial Licenses: Limited time access to evaluate the software
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Subscriptions: Recurring access that automatically renews
• Lifetime Licenses: One-time payment for perpetual access to the current version

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the software for unattended (AFK) automation or botting
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
• Use the software in competitive or ranked gameplay
• Modify or create derivative works of the software
• Use the software in violation of any game's Terms of Service

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from your Client Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Hardware Binding

Licenses are bound to the hardware ID of the first device they are activated on. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, you may request a hardware reset from your Client Portal. Abusive reset requests may be denied.

6. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY UNDETECTABLE BY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMOBuddies be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to game account suspensions, loss of in-game items, or character progression loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. No refunds will be provided for terminated licenses due to violations.

1. License Grant

MMOBuddies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use only. This license is strictly limited to the number of devices specified in your purchased plan.

2. Hardware Binding

Upon first activation, your license becomes permanently bound to your computer's unique hardware identifier. This includes:

• Motherboard serial number
• Processor ID
• Network adapter MAC address
• Storage device serial numbers

License transfers to new hardware may be requested up to once every 30 days through your Client Portal.

3. License Duration

• Trial Licenses: Valid for 3 days from activation
• Monthly Subscriptions: Valid for 30 days, auto-renews
• Quarterly Subscriptions: Valid for 90 days, auto-renews
• Yearly Subscriptions: Valid for 365 days, auto-renews
• Lifetime Licenses: Valid for the lifetime of the product version purchased

4. Updates and Support

Licensed users receive:

• Access to all minor version updates (e.g., 1.0.x to 1.1.x)
• Priority email support for subscription holders
• Discord community access for Lifetime license holders
• Major version upgrades (e.g., 1.x to 2.x) may require a discounted upgrade fee

5. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share your license key with any other person
• Use the license on more devices than permitted
• Modify, crack, or bypass license validation

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription and lifetime purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• License must not have been activated more than 3 times

• Lifetime license refunds require license deactivation

7. License Revocation

8. Version Support

Lifetime licenses provide access to all updates of the major version purchased. Example: A Lifetime license for Fish Buddy v1.x will receive all v1.x updates but may require a discounted upgrade for v2.x.
